Working principle

Dehumidifying drying:
The hot and humid air from the drying barrel is cooledand blown into the honeycomb rotor. The moisture in the air is adsorbed bythe rotor and then desorbed by the regenerative heating air. Two streams ofair act on the rotor at the same time, and with the rotation of the rotor, thewater in the air is continuously adsorbed and desorbed by the regenerated airto form a stable low dew point air, which is heated to the drying temperatureof the plastic and blown into the drying barrel to form a closed cycle and drythe raw materials.

Feeding:
Feeding the material from the storage barrel or other stor-age containers into the dry material barrel. When the magnetic spring switchof the vacuum hopper detects that there is no material, the suction motor op-erates to generate vacuum in the vacuum hopper. The raw materials in thestorage barrel are sucked into the vacuum hopper due to the pressure differ.ence of air. When the suction time is completed, the suction motor stops run-ning and the raw materials will fall into the dry material barrel due to their ownweiqht. The dried raw materials are pumped from the drying barrel to theelectric eye hopper or other hoppers installed in the plastic molding machine.
