Product Description
When the raw honey is collected from bee keepers, the moisture rate can vary between 20% to 26% from season to season and region by region. Thus extra moisture is supposed to be taken out from honey, so that total moisture rate is below 19% to meet with requirements from End Consumption or Processing Application.
Vacuum Evaporator is more advised for honey processing plant, due to the working temperature is much lower than Hot Wind Type Evaporator and other types and also processing speed can be much faster. In the evaporation course, honey color will not change, enzymes will not be hurt and HMF will not increase.
SDI has long experiences of design and fabrication of Honey Evaporators for plentiful customers worldwide. We advise customers to use Vacuum Evaporator so that evaporation temperature can be much lower than Traditional Dehydration Method.
