Curing & Drying Chamber (LPG heating)
This curing and drying chamber consists of main chamber, heating chamber, main controller, electric cabinet, etc. There is hot air circulation system, heating system, humidification system, temperature and moisture measuring system, air inlet and outlet system in the main chamber and heating chamber.

Technical Performance:
1. The process of both curing and drying can be completed together but also can be independently.
2. The imported temperature and moisture converter is with high temperature resistance, anti-mist, dust-proof, with long service life.

3. It adopts human machine interface and PLC control, with programmable functions, can be pre-stored 30 different sets of process parameters, each set is composed of up to 10 segments, maximum execution time is 999 minutes.
4.  It adopts high efficiency atomizing nozzle and high efficiency high-power gas burner, the temperature and moisture can rise quickly. During low temperature curing, the switching time from one stage to be stable to another stage with different temperature and moisture is less than 30 minutes.

5. The circulating air system adopts the three-dimensional air distribution methods; it adopts high air flow of drum-type circulation fan, the moisture and temperature will be uniform throughout the curing room. After drying and curing, physical and chemical indicators of the plates is in good consistency. Temperature deviation in different point: ≤ 1.5 ºC, moisture deviation ≤ 3% RH.
6. With the alarm function for over temperature limit, ensuring the plate quality.
7. It adopts natural gas heating.
8. The wall plate can be disassembled, convenient for movement.
9. The wall body is with good thermal insulation performance, saving energy.
10. The atomizing chamber is separate, so the water drop without atomization will not spray to the plates.
11. It has power failure memory.
12. It adopts atomized water as humidification.
