1. Temperature and comfort: according to skin sensation, physiological reaction and heat effect, the "standard effective temperature index" is obtained. It shows that the relative humidity is 20-55% and the temperature is 23-25 °C, which is the best humidity environment for human body to feel comfortable.
2. Humidity and health: inappropriate humidity easily makes people sick, affecting human health. Many pathogens live longer in dry or wet environments and longer in high humidity environments. The results showed that when the relative humidity was 35-50%, the survival time of bacteria decreased and the skin diseases caused by drying decreased.
