What is 3 in 1 Dehumidifying Dryer
Regular hopper dryer works with additional autoloader to conveying and drying material. When it comes to high hygroscopic material, additional dehumidifier will be needed, in order to meet the dew point requirements. The three-in-one machine integrates three functions of dehumidification, drying and conveying. Practice has proved that reducing the dew point of the dry air to below -40°C while controlling the flow of hot air to blow through the moisture-containing plastic material can reduce the moisture content of the raw material to less than 0.02% before molding. The 3 in 1 machine integrated dehumidification dryer can fully dehumidify and heat the air in a closed circulation system. Then the low dew point dry air will remove the moisture in the plastic particles to achieve the outstanding effect of dehumidification and drying. The machine is suitable for raw materials like: PA, PET, PC, PMMA, PBT, PPSU, etc., among which nitrogen models are mainly used in the manufacturing process of optical-grade products such as lenses (mobile phone lenses, security lenses), light guide plates, and optical discs. The materials are generally PMMA, COC, COP, and sometimes PC. With outstanding drying performance, it is especially suitable for engineering plastic materials with strong hygroscopicity. Besides, due to its optimized compact design, the machine has low heat loss, hence low energy consumption.

Design concept: to absorb water and release water through the characteristics of chemical substances, so as to achieve a stable dew point. The dew point is ≤ -40 degrees Celsius. AI2O3 and molecular sieve are combined to form a powerful dehumidifier. The biggest advantage of this machine is energy saving and no pollution to the workshop environment. According to the usage, the machine needs to replace the molecular sieve regularly (every 3-5 years).

The honeycomb runner is divided into 3 working areas: dehumidification, regeneration and cooling. The 3 zones rotate cyclically. And the dew point is stable at -40°C around. The main body of the honeycomb rotor is made of an inorganic fiber base material into a honeycomb shape, and then molecular sieve and high-precision silica gel are strongly adsorbed inside the honeycomb through high temperature crystallization and sintering, which has extremely high moisture absorption capacity. The entire surface is covered with countless net-like voids, which not only has a great moisture absorption effect, but also has the function of fire prevention and acid resistance.
